Multi-Sport · Under 15

Try everything. Build everything.
Specialize when you are ready.

For athletes 7 to 14. Movement, confidence, and an athletic foundation that transfers to any sport they choose to pursue.

The Science

The science is clear. Athletes who play multiple sports before age 15 develop faster, stay in sport longer, and reach higher levels than those who specialize early.

The ISA Multi-Sport program gives young athletes aged 7 to 14 the movement skills, confidence, and athletic foundation to become exceptional in any sport they choose to pursue. This is not dabbling. It is structured, progressive, and tracked through the ISA Athlete Passport from day one.

What the Program Develops

Six foundations. Every session.

Movement literacy

How to run, jump, land, and change direction safely and efficiently.

Coordination

Across different sport environments and movement patterns.

Speed and agility

Foundations that transfer to every sport.

Confidence

Through variety, exposure, and achievement.

Coachability

Listening, team habits, and bringing the right energy.

Exposure

Multiple sports before the pressure to specialize arrives.

How It Works

A different sport, almost every day.

Each training week introduces athletes to different sport environments — basketball, soccer, flag football, athletics, and more — using age-appropriate coaching and structured progression. Athletes are not expected to be good at everything. They are expected to try everything, develop through everything, and build a complete athletic foundation.

Everything is tracked in the ISA Athlete Passport. Coaches document movement quality, participation, progress, and character markers that become the foundation of the athlete's long-term record.

At 15, the passport does not start over. It carries everything forward.

JV & Varsity

Two leagues. One pathway.

Once athletes are ready to compete, ISA structures competitive experience through two league tiers.

Ages 10–15

JV League

Where competitors are built.

The JV League is the first competitive environment for developing ISA athletes. Small-sided formats, age-appropriate rules, and a focus on participation, development, and building competitive habits in a safe and structured setting. JV athletes compete against other ISA academy athletes and partner clubs. Every result, every game, and every performance milestone goes into the Athlete Passport.

Ages 15–20

Varsity League

Where pathways open.

The Varsity League is where serious athletes compete. Full formats, higher intensity, and exposure to ISA's federation and partner network. Varsity athletes are eligible for travel squad selection, domestic tournament representation, and international competition. Standout performers are flagged in the ISA Recruiting Portal for visibility to NJCAA programs and UK and European university pathways.

Multi-Sport builds the athlete. JV builds the competitor. Varsity builds the pathway.
